I may have written about the company OZ Communications before in one of my newsletters. I haven't watched them for years, but they keep picking up big contracts. They provide Instant Messaging solutions for wireless phones. Their solutions are deployed on over 20 million devices! Their HQ is in Montreal, but I'm pretty sure they started out in Iceland...the land of cell phones and the Internet. http://www.oz.com

Yet another marketing company is trying to somehow make money with SMS. www.boomerangback.com says they can offer coupons, alerts, contests, etc. to mobile clients from any provider. They tell you to test them out by sending an MOSMS to 206-391-6245. I tried it, but nothing happened for me. Maybe you'll have better luck!
